We are proud to be an official affiliate of the MLB's Nike RBI Program, a transformative initiative developed by Major League Baseball (MLB) to provide opportunities for young people to play ball, learn life lessons, and connect with their community.
The Nike RBI program is more than just games—it's a comprehensive, national framework dedicated to increasing participation in baseball and softball among underserved youth.

What Does the Nike RBI Program Mean for You?
Being a part of the Nike RBI family allows us the crucial flexibility to tailor the program to perfectly fit the unique needs of our participants and the priorities of our community. This flexibility ensures we deliver the highest quality, most beneficial experience possible, resulting in several key advantages for our players:
☀️ Enhanced Schedule & More Play
Favorable Game Times: We are able to strategically start games later in the season when the weather is more favorable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and families. Our regular seasons aren't rushed like Little League divisions who have a hard deadline in early June. With RBI we have time to build a schedule that accounts for the weather in the region and accommodates space to add rescheduled games.
Expanded Regular Season: Our participants get more regular season games than the typical little league district schedule, maximizing skill development and fun competition. RBI division regular season game completion rate for 2025 was 100%, that's an unheard-of rate when compared to local Little League district schedules.
🎯 Better Player Development & Competition
Skill-Specific Divisions: We cater our division breakdown to better fit player skill levels, ensuring balanced teams and competitive play. For example, our Coach Pitch Baseball offers both 'A' and 'AA' divisions so every child competes in a setting that matches their ability. Every player is evaluated annually at cattle practice so they can be placed in the division that is the best fit for them.
The Ultimate Prize: We cap the season with exciting playoffs for RBI coach pitch and player pitch divisions where championship teams are awarded colossal 20-inch trophies!

Lower Costs & Better Service: By leveraging the national resources and operational efficiencies of the MLB and RBI program, we are able to operate more efficiently and at a lower cost, ensuring the program remains accessible to all families while providing an elevated level of service and quality. No more paying high local Little League District fees that do not directly benefit our players.
Making the Game More Affordable: With the savings and partnerships we are able to offer both TeeBall and Coach Pitch divisions for players 4-8 years old completely FREE- no registration fee! This helps make sure the game is accessible to every child regardless of personal circumstances. We are also able to provide every new player with a glove to help get them playing and break down further barriers to participation.
